Help installing radio in golf cart?
I am attempting to install a radio in a golf cart we use at our camp for kids with disabilities. The golf cart runs on six 6 volt batteries so I have installed one 12 volt battery in the back to operate 12 volt accessories. I’m not sure how to properly ground the 12 volt accessories. Can I run a line from all the 12 volt accessories to the negative terminal of the 12 volt battery? or, can I ground the negative terminal of the 12 volt battery to the frame of the golf cart and ground all the accessories to the frame? Any special tricks to grounding the radio antennae? Sure would appreciate any good advice. Thanks

How much would you sell a Wii game system for?
How much should I sell a wii game system with 4 controllers, 10 games and accessories golf, tennis, wheels, and gun. It is a very good condition and my kids only played it maybe a couple of times and it has just been taking up space.

You know, even though your kids don’t really play with it now, they will totally get obsessed with it the moment they realize its gone. DON”T SELL IT! Or at least sell it for 250 bucks.

it would probably be better to ground all the 12 volt stuff directly to the battery so you dont get any weired interference issues. good luck

Just got a Wii – what games/accessories do you recommend?
I just bought my husband a Wii for his birthday that came with 1 remote, 1 nunchuk, and the CD with bowling, golf, boxing, tennis and baseball. We are novice video game players and picked the Wii due to the interactive nature and programs like Wii fit (which I plan to buy, they were out of stock). I know we will need to get another remote and bought a package today with rechargeable batteries and bat/golf club/tennis racket attachments but what else do you recommend?? What is the difference between guitar hero and rock band?? What’s better? Good games? We don’t have kids so not really interested in kids games. Thank you!
We have the wireless internet connection set up already to download classic games (some random guy at Wal-Mart told us that) – what are Wii points? Is it a card you buy like a gift card or something? Also, which is the game you can sing along with – Rock Band? Guitar hero?
Actually we got the rechargeable batteries (2 sets) plus the baseball/golf/tennis things for $9.97 today at Wal-Mart!

Wii points are the wii shop currency, you can either buy point cards at any store that sells wii games or you can use your credit card to buy the points right on your console (if you are in Canada it;s cheaper to buy them over the console as the exchange rate is lower then the store mark up is)

Rock band and Guitar hero world tour allow you to play the guitar, drums, or sing. The rock band equipment will not work with the guitar hero games, however the guitar hero world tour equipment will work with the rockband 2 game (but not the rock band 1 game) so in my opionion the guitar hero world tour package is a better deal. The only down fall is that you will require a Wii Remote for every player on world tour including the singer. Not a problem if you are only going to play with the two of you or other people who own a Wii and can bring their own remote. Guitar hero world tour (GHWT) is the only guitar hero game that allows drums and singing. if you are not interested in the drums you could buy the GHWT guitar package and any cheap USB Microphone.

Some of my favorit games, other then guitar Hero and rock band are – Shawn White snowboard (with the wii balance board) Wario ware smooth moves (which is great to help you get good at handling the remote) Any of the lego games, big brain acadamy, and tetris and doctor mario from the Wii shop.

My husband likes Zelda Twilight princess and the call of duty games but if you are wanting to keep moving these type of games don’t help because you just sit on the couch and push buttons and wave the remote a bit.

You may connect the 12V(-) to the cart chassis but be careful not to connect the 12V(+) to the 6V(+).

You can use the chassis as ground for the accessories but make sure not to mix the 6V(+) and the 12V(+).
