Women may have a weaker upper body then men in some instances. As a result choosing golf clubs will be more difficult for them. Women should want to focus on choosing clubs that accommodate for a slower, less powerful swing. One of the most popular golf club sets for women these days are the Callaway Solaire 14 piece set. It consists of a driver, 3 woods, 3 hybrids, 2 irons, 3 wedges & a putter. Due to the way the clubs are created there is a bigger "sweet spot" that allows for farther driving & straighter shots. Not to mention the unbridled accuracy the clubs in this set provide.
Men will tend to look for clubs that accommodate their upper body strength & their more violent swings. Men may want to consider using more irons & less hybrids due to this as well. If you're a beginner, you may want to keep a hybrid or two due to their bigger "sweet spot." A men's golf club set will differ somewhat from that of a women's due to different clubs being involved. The golf club set I'm currently using & am quite found of is the Top-Flite XL7000 set. It comes equipped with 18 pieces (as opposed to 14) including: driver, two woods, two hybrids, six irons & a putter. Due to men having a prepotency for using irons over hybrids the set has four more irons & one less hybrid than the women's set.
Regardless of what beginner golf clubs you choose make sure they are comfortable for you to use. While the price & appearance of golf clubs may be all some worry about it is best to make sure that you are very comfortable with every one of your clubs. If a club is too long for you it may alter your shot, especially if all your other clubs are the appropriate size. It could also aggravate muscles in your body causing it to alter your swing resulting in abysmal results with the clubs that you are comfortable with, since swinging with an uncomfortable club altered your swing.

Most places you can purchase clubs from will allow you to return them within a certain time frame. So do your homework & hopefully you can find the proper beginner golf clubs for yourself, which will improve your game.

What is the best present for my wife, on our wedding anniversary?
I’m not very good at gift ideas for women (think pda/tablets/laptop/eReader/gps/camera – yes, those “gifts”). Honestly, I’m a geek, and had no prior knowledge of women’s jewelry/clothings/accessories/etc, but I’m planning to spend around £2,500 – £3,000 for a proper gift this time.
I’d buy her an LED TV as anniversary gift otherwise, but I doubt it’ll fit under the table, and I’m sure she’s hiding the golf stick somewhere…

Showing you love her, no need to be buying many expensive thing, since you can afford so much, i guess she didn’t lack of this things.
What she need is more understanding, caring and loving. Just one time do something you usually won’t do to surprise her. She would be touched.

As to the anniversary gift, carve the year and your both name on a stone and make it a seal, when you give it to him, tell her, time will pass, we will grow old, but my love to you, like the it on the stone will never fade.
I guess you never do this before, why not try once, give her a special day. I love the seal stone idea personally, hope it help.
